1-What are the three most common things my shame voice says to me on a daily basis? Write them out word for word, exactly as they sound in your head.

2- When is my shame voice the loudest? Describe the situations, times of day, or triggers when your inner critic hits hardest (before bed, after a win, when you make a mistake, when you try to rest, etc.).

3- Who or what does this voice remind me of from my past? Does it resemble a parent, caregiver, coach, teacher, religious figure, or the general emotional tone of your childhood home? Describe the similarities.
