A narcissist cannot inject feelings into you. Every emotional reaction you have to a narcissist is your own nervous system pulling forward childhood blueprints and matching them to the present situation. The narcissist is the trigger, but the wiring belongs to you — and that wiring is exactly what can be healed.

Kenny Weiss teaches that we become our parents' unhealed emotional condition through epigenetic transmission, not genetics. Genes turn on and off based on the environment a child is raised in. Synapses literally form because of how caregivers spoke to you, touched you, or ignored you.
