In this lesson, I show you why your current definition of success ("Never drop the ball," "Never need help") is actually just a definition of Self-Rejection. You will learn how to stop chasing "Ghost Goals" that feed the Void and start using Internal Metrics to finally enjoy the life you’ve built.

📓 REPAIR WORK (The De-Programming Journal)
To change the game, you have to change the rules. Grab your journal and redefine success:
1- According to my current, unspoken rules, how do I know I’m “successful”?Write the real rules you’ve been living by (for example: “When no one is mad at me,” “When I hit the numbers,” “When I don’t need help,” “When I’m always productive,” etc.).
2- What has this old definition of success cost me? Describe the impact on your body, emotions, relationships, time, health, and overall sense of self (sleep, joy, connection, presence, energy, etc.).
3- If my Authentic Self wrote the definition of success, what would it include? Let your deeper self answer honestly. Write a new definition that includes your truth, your body, your needs, and your aliveness—not just your output.
4- What is one small internal metric I can begin tracking each day, starting now? Choose a simple daily question like: “Did I tell myself the truth today?” or “Did I honor one need today?” or “Did I say one Micro ‘No’ today?” This becomes part of your new success scorecard.
