📓 REPAIR WORK (The De-Programming Journal)

This week is about action. Grab your journal and track your "Experiments" daily:

1- Today, when I checked in with myself, what was I actually feeling and what did I actually need?Write down the emotions you noticed and the needs that came up during your 60-Second Check-In (or when you paused to notice yourself at any point in the day).

2- What was one Micro “No” I either said or wish I had said today?

If you did say a Micro “No”: What was the situation, what did you say, and how did your body and mind react?

If you didn’t: Where did you abandon what you wanted or needed, and what might a Micro “No” have sounded like?

3- Did I visit the Void today? If so, what did I notice? If not, what did I do instead? Describe what happened when you gave yourself a couple of minutes to simply sit with your emptiness or numbness (sensations, thoughts, emotions). If you avoided it, be honest about the distractions you chose and how that felt.
