You don’t have to swing at every comment...

You don’t have to swing at every comment, every judgment, or every “unsolicited advice” someone throws your way.

Sometimes the healthiest move is letting the ball go right past you.

Not out of anger… but out of clarity.

You’re allowed to say,

“In the future, would you ask before giving me advice?”

or

“I see your reality is different than mine — that’s OK.”

That’s not conflict.

That’s a boundary.

And the moment you stop joining their game, you stop giving away your power.
